Day 1: Arrive São Tomé

Day 3: Ôbo National Park
Hike through ancient rainforest to Lagoa Amélia. Visit Pico Cão Grande. Afternoon at Boca do Inferno blowhole. Evening: Chef João Carlos Silva’s restaurant at Roça São João — São Toméan cuisine meets molecular gastronomy. Overnight in Porto Alegre beach bungalow.
Day 4: Ilhéu das Rolas — Equator Crossing
Boat to Ilhéu das Rolas. Stand at latitude 0°0’0″! Snorkeling in equatorial waters. Visit the Marco do Equador monument. Return and relax at Praia Inhame. Overnight in Porto Alegre.
Day 5: Fly to Príncipe
Morning flight. Check into Bom Bom Island Resort. Afternoon at leisure on Banana Beach. Overnight at Bom Bom.
Day 6: Príncipe Rainforest
Ôbo do Príncipe hike. Search for endemic grey parrots and Príncipe kingfisher. Afternoon: Santo António — world’s smallest capital. Overnight at Bom Bom.
Day 7: Príncipe Coastal Exploration
Boat trip around Príncipe’s coastline. Visit Praia Boi and Praia Grande — empty golden beaches. Snorkel in marine reserve. Farewell dinner: lobster, champagne, sunset. Overnight at Bom Bom.
