Day 3: Embera Village & Fort San Lorenzo
Dugout canoe journey up the Chagres River to an Embera indigenous village. Experience traditional dances, music, and body painting. Visit Fort San Lorenzo ruins overlooking the Caribbean. Spot howler monkeys in the surrounding jungle. Overnight at Gamboa Rainforest Resort.
Day 4: Chagres River Birdwatching & Sloth Sanctuary
Morning birdwatching cruise on the Chagres River — spot parrots, tiger herons, toucans. Visit the Sloth Rescue Center, butterfly garden, and orchid nursery. Overnight at Gamboa Rainforest Resort.
Day 5: Panama Canal Boat Tour & Rainforest Hike
Cruise through the Panama Canal on Gatun Lake alongside massive cargo ships. Rainforest hike on Barro Colorado Nature Monument trail (Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute). Overnight at Westin Playa Bonita.
Day 6: Playa Bonita Free Day

Day 7: Return to Panama City & Kuna Market
Cross the Bridge of the Americas. Drive along Amador Causeway with city skyline views. Visit Kuna artisan market for handcrafted molas. Farewell dinner. Overnight at InterContinental Miramar Panama.
Day 8: Depart Panama
