Day 1: Arrival & River Sunset Safari
Arrive in BSB. Transfer to your 4-star hotel. Afternoon visit to the Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque — the largest mosque in Brunei with 29 golden domes, lush gardens, and intricate Islamic architecture. Late afternoon: Mangrove Safari — cruise the Brunei River estuary searching for proboscis monkeys, macaques, monitor lizards, and crocodiles. As dusk falls, the mangrove trees light up with thousands of fireflies — a magical natural spectacle. Welcome dinner at a traditional Ambuyat restaurant (Brunei’s national dish made from sago palm).
Day 2: Royal Regalia & Water Village Heritage
Morning visit to the Royal Regalia Museum — an extraordinary collection of the Sultan’s coronation regalia including the golden chariot, jewel-encrusted crowns, and state gifts from presidents and kings worldwide. Continue to Kampong Ayer — the world’s largest water village spanning centuries of history. Visit a traditional home for tea and kuih, then explore the Cultural & Tourism Gallery.
