Arrive at Lynden Pindling International Airport. Transfer to your beachfront hotel on Paradise Island. Welcome rum punch and briefing. Evening stroll along Cabbage Beach. Overnight at Paradise Island resort.

Day 2: Nassau — History & Culture

Full day exploring Nassau. Visit the Queen’s Staircase — 66 steps carved from solid limestone by enslaved people in the 1790s, Fort Fincastle with panoramic harbor views, and the Pirates of Nassau Museum. Stroll through colorful Bay Street for duty-free shopping. Visit the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas housed in a beautifully restored colonial mansion. Afternoon at the famous Fish Fry at Arawak Cay for conch salad and Kalik beer. Overnight on Paradise Island.

Day 3-4: Exuma Cays — Swimming Pigs & Sandbars

Fly to Great Exuma. Two days in the Exuma Cays, the crown jewel of The Bahamas. Day 3: boat excursion to Big Major Cay to swim with the world-famous Exuma pigs — these friendly swimming pigs paddle out to greet boats and have become a global sensation. Visit the endangered Bahamian rock iguanas at Bitter Guana Cay. Lunch on a pristine sandbar. Day 4: explore the Thunderball Grotto (filmed in the James Bond movie), snorkel in the protected Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. Afternoon at leisure on Stocking Island’s mile-long sandbar across from George Town. Overnight in George Town.

Day 5: Eleuthera — Pink Sand Beaches

Fly to North Eleuthera. Visit the Glass Window Bridge — one of nature’s greatest spectacles where the dark Atlantic Ocean meets the turquoise Caribbean Sea, separated by just 30 feet of rock. Explore Harbour Island’s famous Pink Sand Beach, colored by microscopic coral insects. Rent a golf cart (the island’s primary transportation) and explore Dunmore Town’s pastel colonial cottages. Overnight in Harbour Island.

Day 6: Eleuthera — Preacher’s Cave & Ocean Hole

Visit Preacher’s Cave, where the first English settlers (the Eleutheran Adventurers) took shelter in 1648. Swim in the Ocean Hole, a mysterious inland blue hole connected to the ocean. Visit the pineapple fields — Eleuthera grows some of the sweetest pineapples in the world. Afternoon flight back to Nassau. Overnight on Paradise Island.

Day 7: Nassau — Blue Lagoon & Farewell

Day excursion to Blue Lagoon Island — swim with dolphins in their natural lagoon habitat, relax on the private beach, and kayak through mangrove creeks. Farewell dinner at Graycliff Restaurant, housed in a 1740 manor and home to one of the world’s largest wine cellars (250,000+ bottles). Overnight on Paradise Island.
