Itinerary Overview
Day 1: San Pedro Sula Arrival
Welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Introduction to the tour over dinner.
Day 2: Copan Ruinas Town & Bird Park
Transfer to the colonial town of Copan Ruinas. Afternoon visit to Macaw Mountain and the town’s cobblestone streets, local market, and craft shops.
Day 3: Copan Mayan Site
Full-day guided exploration of the Copan Archaeological Park. Walk through 3,000 years of history at one of the most important Maya sites. Visit Las Sepulturas residential complex.
Day 4: Coffee Country – Santa Rosa de Copan
Tour a traditional coffee hacienda in the highlands of western Honduras. Learn about organic production, participate in a coffee cupping session, and enjoy farm-to-table lunch.
Day 5: Gracias & Celaque National Park
Explore the colonial city of Gracias, founded in 1536. Visit the San Cristóbal Fortress and the Casa Galeano Museum. Afternoon nature walk in Celaque National Park, home to Honduras’ highest peak.
Day 6: Lenca Route & Departure
Visit Lenca indigenous communities known for their distinctive pottery and weaving. Transfer to San Pedro Sula for departure.
