Itinerary Highlights

Day 1: Arrive Dhaka

Arrival and transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit to Sadarghat river port and Ahsan Manzil Pink Palace. Overnight at Dhaka hotel.

Day 2: Travel to Sundarbans Gateway

Drive to Khulna/Mongla. Board your private boat in the afternoon. Start cruising into the Sundarbans mangrove waterways. First wildlife sightings from the deck. Overnight on the boat.

Day 3: Sundarbans East — Kotka Wildlife Sanctuary

Full-day exploration of Kotka Wildlife Sanctuary. Morning forest walk with armed guard seeking tiger pugmarks and fresh tracks. Climb the wildlife observation tower for sweeping views across grassland where hundreds of spotted deer graze. Afternoon cruise through narrow creeks: spot Ganges river dolphins surfacing alongside the boat, monitor lizards sunning on mudbanks, and estuarine crocodiles. Visit a fishing community at the forest edge. Overnight on the boat.

Day 4: Sundarbans West — Harbaria & Karamjal

Cruise to the western Sundarbans. Morning walk on the Harbaria Forest Trail — one of the best locations for bird watching with 290+ species including the masked finfoot and mangrove pitta. Afternoon at Karamjal Wildlife Center: visit the deer breeding center and the crocodile hatchery. Walk the canopy boardwalk through the mangrove treetops for a unique perspective. Final evening cruise through the golden light of sunset on the mangrove waterways. Overnight on the boat.

Day 5: Return to Dhaka via Bagerhat

Morning cruise back to Mongla. Visit the Sixty Dome Mosque in Bagerhat (UNESCO) — a 15th-century masterpiece of Sultanate architecture. Afternoon drive to Dhaka. Farewell dinner. Overnight at Dhaka hotel.

Day 6: Departure

Transfer to airport.
