Itinerary Highlights

Day 1: Arrive Aruba — Spa Orientation

Arrive and transfer to your luxury spa resort on Palm Beach. Welcome detox juice. Afternoon spa orientation: choose from aloe vera body wrap, volcanic stone massage, or salt scrub. Sunset yoga on the beach. Farm-to-table dinner. Overnight at Palm Beach spa resort.

Day 2: PADI Discover Scuba & Antilla Wreck

Morning: PADI Discover Scuba Diving course in the resort pool. Afternoon: first open water dive at the Antilla Shipwreck (60ft / 18m), one of the Caribbean’s premier wreck dives. The 400-foot German freighter is encrusted with coral and home to moray eels, angelfish, and sea turtles. Second dive at the Pedernales Wreck, shallow and perfect for beginners. Evening: couples massage. Overnight at spa resort.

Day 3: Reef Diving & Island Spa Day

Two-tank morning dive trip: Arashi Reef (parrotfish, eagle rays) and Malmok Reef (barracuda, turtles). Afternoon: full spa day — hot stone massage, aloe facial, hydrotherapy pool. Sunset yoga. Overnight at spa resort.

Day 4: Mangel Halto & Spanish Lagoon Dive

Morning shore dive at Mangel Halto, Aruba’s best shore diving site — a labyrinth of mangrove channels leading to a stunning reef drop-off. Afternoon: Spanish Lagoon kayak tour through the mangrove forests. Evening: cooking class with a local chef. Overnight at spa resort.

Day 5: Catalina Bay & Farewell

Morning dive at Catalina Bay, known for abundant sea turtles. Afternoon: final spa treatment and pool time. Farewell dinner with live steel drum music. Overnight at spa resort.

Day 6: Depart Aruba

Sunrise yoga. Transfer to airport.
