Arrival in Kathmandu
Private transfer to your hotel in Thamel. Evening walk through Durbar Square. Welcome dinner of momos and dal bhat.
Kathmandu — Valley of Temples
Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) at sunrise. Boudhanath Stupa — the largest in the world. Pashupatinath on the Bagmati River. Evening at Patan Durbar Square.
Pokhara — Himalayan Views
Scenic flight to Pokhara. Afternoon boat ride on Phewa Lake with the Annapurna massif reflecting in the water. Peace Pagoda hike at sunset.
Pokhara — Sarangkot Sunrise
Dawn drive to Sarangkot (1,600m) — watch the sun rise over Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhare (Fishtail). Paragliding over the lake. Devi’s Fall and Gupteshwor Cave.
Chitwan — Jungle Safari
Drive to Chitwan National Park. Afternoon elephant-back safari or jeep drive — one-horned rhino, Bengal tiger, gharial crocodile. Tharu cultural dance in the evening.
Chitwan Full Day
Canoe ride on the Rapti River. Jungle walk with naturalist guide. Visit the elephant breeding center. Sunset over the Terai grasslands.
Return & Departure
Fly to Kathmandu. Final shopping in Thamel for pashmina and singing bowls. Farewell dinner. Namaste!
