Day 1: Arrive Dubai

Day 2: Dubai — Old & New
Morning: Dubai city tour. Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood (Bastakiya) — wind-tower houses and narrow lanes from pre-oil Dubai. Abra ride across Dubai Creek. Gold and Spice Souks — the sensory heart of old Dubai. Afternoon: modern Dubai — Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah (photo stop at Atlantis), Burj Al Arab (photo stop at Jumeirah Beach), and Burj Khalifa (photo stop at the base). Return to hotel. Overnight in Dubai.
Day 3: Sharjah — Cultural Capital
Morning: drive to Sharjah (30km), the UAE’s cultural capital and UNESCO World Book Capital 2019. Visit the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization — a stunning collection spanning 1,400 years of Islamic art, science, and culture, housed in a converted souk building with a distinctive gold dome. Day 4: Abu Dhabi — Grand Mosque & Heritage
Full-day Abu Dhabi (as described in the other tour): Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (82 domes, world’s largest carpet, Swarovski chandeliers), Heritage Village (reconstructed traditional oasis village with displays on Bedouin life), Emirates Palace (photo stop — $3 billion hotel, the most expensive ever built), and Louvre Abu Dhabi (the “rain of light” dome, cross-cultural art collection). Lunch included. Return to Dubai. Overnight in Dubai.
Day 5: Al Ain — Garden City & UNESCO Heritage
Full-day excursion to Al Ain (150km from Dubai), the UAE’s “Garden City” and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Al Ain is the birthplace of Sheikh Zayed (the UAE’s founding father) and sits at the foot of Jebel Hafeet (1,240m). Visit the Al Ain Oasis (UNESCO) — a 1,200-hectare date palm oasis watered by the ancient falaj irrigation system (underground channels — a UNESCO-recognized traditional irrigation method dating back 3,000 years). Walk the shaded pathways through 147,000 date palms of over 100 varieties. Visit Al Ain National Museum (the oldest museum in the UAE, 1969) and the Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum (the former residence of the UAE’s founder). Afternoon: drive up Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road — one of the world’s greatest driving roads, with sweeping switchbacks and panoramic desert views. Visit the hot springs at the base of Jebel Hafeet (Green Mubazzarah). Return to Dubai. Overnight in Dubai.
Day 6: Desert Safari & Farewell
Morning at leisure (shopping, pool, or optional activities). Afternoon: traditional desert safari — dune bashing in 4×4, sunset camel ride, Arabic BBQ dinner with Tanoura and belly dance performances, henna painting, and shisha in a Bedouin-style camp. Farewell dinner under the stars. Overnight in Dubai.
Day 7: Departure
