Days 1-3: Delhi — Gateway to India
Day 1: Arrive Delhi, transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Full-day Delhi exploration — Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk rickshaw ride, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb (UNESCO), Qutub Minar (UNESCO).
Day 3: Morning exploration of Lodi Gardens and Gurudwara Bangla Sahib Sikh temple. Afternoon drive to Agra (3.5hrs).
Days 4-5: Agra — The Taj Mahal
Day 4: Sunrise at the Taj Mahal — the world’s most beautiful building. Visit Agra Fort (UNESCO), the red sandstone fortress that was the seat of Mughal power. Afternoon at Mehtab Bagh for sunset Taj views.
Day 5: Visit Fatehpur Sikri (UNESCO) — the perfectly preserved ghost capital of Emperor Akbar. Continue to Jaipur (5hrs).

Fly to Udaipur — the “Venice of the East,” arguably India’s most romantic city. Boat cruise on the shimmering Lake Pichola, passing the ethereal Lake Palace (now a luxury hotel) seemingly floating on water. Visit the majestic City Palace complex and Sahelion-ki-Bari gardens.
Day 8: Udaipur to Delhi to Kathmandu, Nepal
Fly to Delhi, connect to Kathmandu, Nepal. Arrive in the Himalayan kingdom! Nepal — land of ancient temples, towering mountains, and the warmest smiles. Transfer to your hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu’s vibrant tourist district.
Day 9: Kathmandu — Valley of Temples
- Kathmandu Durbar Square — UNESCO World Heritage, the historic seat of Nepali royalty with dozens of pagoda-style temples, the Kumari Ghar (home of the Living Goddess), and intricate wood carvings
- Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) — Perched atop a hill, this 2,000-year-old Buddhist stupa offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley. Watch playful monkeys scamper among prayer flags while the all-seeing eyes of Buddha gaze in four directions
- Boudhanath Stupa — One of the world’s largest spherical stupas, the heart of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Walk the kora (circumambulation path) with pilgrims, spinning prayer wheels and absorbing the spiritual atmosphere

Day 10: Nagarkot — Himalayan Panorama
Drive 32km to Nagarkot (2,195m elevation). On clear days, witness one of the world’s greatest mountain panoramas — 8 of the world’s 14 highest peaks visible from a single viewpoint, including Mount Everest (8,848m). Explore traditional villages, walk through terraced farmland, and watch a spectacular Himalayan sunset.
Day 11: Sunrise over Everest & Bhaktapur
- Nagarkot Sunrise — Wake before dawn to watch the first rays of sunlight illuminate the snow-capped Himalayan giants. The view stretches from Dhaulagiri in the west to Kanchenjunga in the east
- Bhaktapur Durbar Square — The best-preserved medieval city in Nepal (UNESCO). Walk through car-free streets lined with 15th-century temples, pottery squares, and traditional Newari architecture. Visit the 55-Window Palace, Nyatapola Temple (Nepal’s tallest pagoda), and taste “juju dhau” — the famous “King of Yogurt”
Return to Kathmandu for farewell dinner with traditional Nepali cultural performance.
Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport. Namaste — until we meet again.
