Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Arrive Amman — Drive to Petra
Airport pickup and direct transfer to Petra (3 hours). Check into your hotel. Evening walk through Wadi Musa, Petra’s gateway town, with its lively restaurants and sweet shops. Overnight near Petra.
Day 2: Petra — Full Day
Enter Petra at opening time to beat the crowds. The Siq, the Treasury (Treasury), the Street of Facades, the Theatre, and the Royal Tombs. Optional hike to the High Place of Sacrifice for aerial views of the entire site. Afternoon climb to the Monastery — 800 steps reward with views all the way to Wadi Araba and Israel. Overnight near Petra.
Day 3: Wadi Rum — Desert Adventure
Morning at Little Petra, then drive to Wadi Rum. 4×4 jeep safari through red dunes, rock bridges, and ancient inscriptions. Sandboarding, camel ride (optional), and sunset on the dunes. Bedouin dinner and stories around the campfire. Overnight in a Bedouin camp.
Day 4: Dead Sea & Madaba
Sunrise in Wadi Rum. Drive to the Dead Sea for the ultimate float. Afternoon visit to Madaba (mosaic map of the Holy Land) and Mount Nebo (Moses’ view to the Promised Land). Evening arrival in Amman. Farewell dinner. Overnight in Amman.
Day 5: Depart Amman
Transfer to airport. Until next time, Jordan!
