Days 1-3: Beijing (3 nights)

Day 6: Fly to Chongqing — Board Cruise
Morning flight to Chongqing. Visit Ciqikou Ancient Town and the Panda House at Chongqing Zoo. Evening board your 5-star Yangtze cruise ship. Welcome cocktail and safety briefing. Overnight aboard.
Day 7: Yangtze Cruise — Shibaozhai & Welcome Gala
Shore excursion to Shibaozhai — a 12-story wooden pagoda built against a 200m cliff on the Yangtze. Afternoon scenic cruising. Captain’s welcome dinner. Overnight aboard.
Day 8: Three Gorges — Qutang, Wu & Shennong Stream
The big day! Morning pass through Qutang Gorge — the shortest and most dramatic, with cliffs rising vertically on both sides. Transfer to small boats for Shennong Stream — cruise through the narrow tributary past hanging coffins, ancient plank roads, and local Tujia boatmen. Return to ship and sail through Wu Gorge — 12 misty peaks draped in clouds. Overnight aboard.
Day 9: Three Gorges Dam & Disembark
Morning tour of the Three Gorges Dam — the world’s largest hydroelectric project (22,500 MW). See the ship locks and the massive dam wall. Disembark in Yichang. Afternoon bullet train to Shanghai (7 hours). Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 10: Shanghai Highlights
Shanghai Tower, The Bund, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road, Shanghai Museum. Farewell Huangpu River cruise. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 11: Depart Shanghai
Tianzifang arts district morning. Airport transfer. Safe travels!
