Arrive Koror. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon dive shop check-in: equipment fitting, paperwork, and detailed briefing on Palau’s dive sites. Evening at leisure exploring Koror’s restaurants and bars. Overnight Koror.
Day 2: Classic Palau — Blue Corner & Blue Holes
Two-tank dive day at Palau’s most famous sites. Morning: Blue Corner — consistently ranked among the world’s best dive sites. Hook into the reef at 15m and watch the action: schooling barracuda, grey reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, and massive dogtooth tuna. The current brings nutrients that fuel extraordinary marine life. Afternoon: Blue Holes — descend through shafts of sunlight into a vast cathedral-like cavern before exiting onto the reef wall at 25m. Overnight Koror.
Day 3: German Channel & New Drop-Off
Two-tank dive day in the Rock Islands Southern Lagoon. Morning: German Channel — Palau’s famous manta ray cleaning station. Watch reef manta rays with 3m+ wingspans hover while cleaner wrasse service them. Afternoon: New Drop-Off — a dramatic wall dive with turtles, eagle rays, and the occasional hammerhead shark. Surface interval on a pristine Rock Island beach. Overnight Koror.
Day 4: Ulong Channel & Shark City
Morning: Ulong Channel — a drift dive through a channel where grey reef sharks and whitetip reef sharks cruise just meters away. The channel’s sandy bottom is covered in garden eels. Afternoon: Shark City — a site that lives up to its name with grey reef sharks, blacktip sharks, and occasional tiger sharks. Overnight Koror.
Day 5: WWII Wrecks & Chandelier Cave
Morning: explore Palau’s WWII history underwater. Dive the Iro Maru — a 143m Japanese supply ship sunk in 1944, now a spectacular artificial reef covered in black coral and teeming with fish. Penetration possible for advanced divers (wreck-certified guide provided). Afternoon: Chandelier Cave — a unique cavern dive with four air-filled chambers where stalactites hang from the ceiling like chandeliers. Surface inside the chambers for an unforgettable experience. Overnight Koror.
Day 6: Peleliu Express — Wall Diving
Full-day expedition to Peleliu’s legendary walls. Two dives at Peleliu Wall and Peleliu Cut — where the reef drops vertically to abyssal depths. Strong currents bring pelagic action: tuna, barracuda, and seasonal whale sharks and tiger sharks. The walls are covered in pristine hard corals and giant sea fans. Surface interval exploring Peleliu’s WWII sites. Farewell dinner celebrating an epic dive week. Overnight Koror.
Day 7: Departure
Morning at leisure (24-hour pre-flight no-dive time observed). Last chance for souvenirs or a visit to the Palau International Coral Reef Center. Transfer to airport.
