Day 2: La Paz Exploration
Full day in the highest capital on Earth. Ride the Mi Teleferico — the world’s highest cable car system — for incredible views. Visit Plaza Murillo, San Pedro Prison (exterior), and the Valley of the Moon. Optional: bike the “Death Road” — the world’s most dangerous road (now closed to traffic, used for cycling). Overnight in La Paz.
Day 3: Sucre — UNESCO Jewel
Fly to Sucre. Explore the beautifully preserved colonial center — white-washed buildings, ornate churches, and sunny plazas. Visit the Casa de la Libertad. Afternoon: Cal Orcko dinosaur footprint wall — over 5,000 tracks on a vertical cliff. Overnight in Sucre.

Morning free in Sucre — explore the Central Market, visit the Recoleta viewpoint, or hike to the Maragua Crater. Afternoon transfer to Potosi (4,090m). Evening orientation walk. Overnight in Potosi.
Day 5: Potosi — Silver City
Tour the Casa de la Moneda (Royal Mint) — one of South America’s finest colonial buildings. Afternoon visit to Cerro Rico cooperative mines (optional) — a powerful, sobering experience meeting miners who still work in medieval conditions. Overnight in Potosi.
Day 6: Journey to Uyuni

Day 7: Salar de Uyuni — Day 1
Enter the Salar! Train Cemetery, Colchani salt village, then onto the dazzling white expanse. Incahuasi Island with its giant cacti and 360-degree salt flat panoramas. Sunset on the Salar — the sky explodes in colors reflected on the salt. Overnight in a salt hotel.
Day 8: Salar de Uyuni — Day 2
Continue your salt flat adventure. Visit the edges of the Salar, salt mines, and local communities. Photography madness — the flat white surface is the world’s best natural studio. Return to Uyuni. Overnight in Uyuni.
