Oaxaca — Culinary Capital
Flight to Oaxaca. Afternoon mole tasting — Oaxaca is the culinary soul of Mexico. Walk the zócalo, explore Santo Domingo church, and end at a mezcalería for artisanal mezcal.
Oaxaca — Monte Albán & Villages
Monte Albán — the mountaintop Zapotec capital with 360-degree valley views. Afternoon artisan villages: black pottery in San Bartolo Coyotepec, colorful alebrijes in San Martín Tilcajete.
Mérida — Colonial Gem
