Visit the Miraflores Locks Visitor Center to watch massive ships transit the Panama Canal. IMAX film on canal history. Afternoon explore Casco Viejo, UNESCO World Heritage colonial quarter with its cathedrals and plazas. Overnight in Panama City.
Day 3: Gamboa Rainforest Reserve
Transfer to Gamboa Rainforest Resort in Soberania National Park. Aerial tram ride through the rainforest canopy. Guided nature walk to spot howler monkeys, toucans, and sloths. Afternoon visit to the Sloth Sanctuary and butterfly garden. Overnight in Gamboa.
Day 4: Chagres River & Embera Village
