Itinerary Overview
Day 1: San Salvador Arrival
Transfer to your accommodation. Welcome briefing and introduction to Salvadoran culture.
Day 2: Panchimalco Indigenous Village
Visit the indigenous community of Panchimalco, known for its colonial church and traditional dress. Participate in a natural indigo dyeing workshop with local artisans.
Day 3: Coffee Country & Gastronomy
Tour a working coffee plantation in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec highlands. Learn the seed-to-cup process. Afternoon cooking class featuring traditional pupusas and Salvadoran dishes.
Day 4: Ilobasco Crafts & Suchitoto
Visit Ilobasco, home to the famous miniature clay figurines. Meet ceramic artists in their workshops. Afternoon exploration of Suchitoto’s art galleries and cultural center.
Day 5: San Salvador Markets & Departure
Explore the National Market and Mercado de Artesanías for last-minute souvenirs. Transfer to airport.
