Transfer to your hotel in the city center. Afternoon orientation walk through Ziguinchor’s colonial streets, where Portuguese, French, and Creole influences blend in the architecture. Visit Saint Maure des Fosses Market, the vibrant central market where Diola women sell palm oil, hibiscus flowers (bissap), smoked fish, and tropical fruits.
