Day 3: Baroque Sicily & Agrigento
Morning: Noto (UNESCO baroque), Modica (chocolate tasting at Sabadì). Afternoon: drive to Agrigento. Arrive at the Valley of the Temples for the golden late afternoon light. Overnight Agrigento.
Day 4: Agrigento to Marsala
Morning: deeper exploration of the Valley of Temples. Drive to Marsala. Visit Florio Cellars for wine tasting, then the Stagnone salt pans with their ancient windmills. Overnight Marsala area.
Day 5: Palermo & Monreale
Drive to Palermo. Morning: Monreale Cathedral with its 6,340m² of golden mosaics. Afternoon: Palermo — Palatine Chapel, Cathedral, Ballarò market. Evening street food tour — the best arancini, panelle, and sfincione in Sicily. Overnight Palermo.
Day 6: Palermo & Departure
Morning: Teatro Massimo, Capo market, a final cannolo. Transfer to Palermo Airport for departure.
