Day 1: Arrive Mahé
Arrive Seychelles International Airport. Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon at Beau Vallon Beach—3km of white sand and calm turquoise water. Welcome dinner of Creole seafood and tropical fruits. Overnight Mahé.
Day 2: Saint Anne Marine Park
Full-day boat excursion to the Sainte Anne Marine Park, the Seychelles’ oldest protected area. Six granite islands scattered across crystal-clear shallows: snorkel among thriving coral reefs teeming with parrotfish, angelfish, and hawksbill turtles. Glass-bottom boat viewing, barbecue lunch on Moyenne Island among its famous giant tortoises, and swimming in water so clear it looks photoshopped. Overnight Mahé.
Day 3: Praslin — Vallée de Mai
Morning ferry to Praslin. Afternoon at the UNESCO Vallée de Mai: walk beneath towering coco de mer palms bearing the world’s largest seed (30kg). Listen for the rare black parrot in this prehistoric forest unchanged for millions of years. Evening at Anse Lazio: consistently ranked among the world’s top beaches. Overnight Praslin.
Day 4: Curieuse Island Tortoises
Boat to Curieuse Island for the giant tortoise sanctuary. Walk the mangrove boardwalk. Snorkel off granite-studded beaches. Return to Praslin for sunset. Overnight Praslin.
Day 5-6: La Digue — The Postcard Island
Ferry to La Digue. Two days of bicycle exploration: Anse Source d’Argent and its iconic granite boulders, Grand Anse’s wild surf, and the hidden coves of Anse Coco. Visit L’Union Estate vanilla plantation. Watch giant tortoises. Sunset at Anse Source d’Argent. Overnight La Digue (2 nights).
Day 7: Silhouette Island Wilderness
Boat to Silhouette Island, the Seychelles’ third-largest granite island. This mountainous wilderness has a single hotel and a population of just 200. Hike jungle trails, swim off deserted beaches, visit the giant tortoise sanctuary, and experience the Seychelles as it was before tourism. Overnight Silhouette Island.
Day 8: Return & Departure
Boat to Mahé. Final swim, final Creole curry. Transfer to the airport. Paradise found.
