Thailand Experience — 8-Day Bangkok, Khao Sok & Koh Phangan Jungle & Beach Adventure

Day 1: Arrive Bangkok

Airport pickup. Evening: explore Khao San Road — the legendary backpacker strip. Welcome dinner with the group. Overnight Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok Temples & Nightlife

Morning: Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha), long-tail boat through canals, and Wat Arun. Afternoon: free time — optional Grand Palace visit or Chatuchak Weekend Market. Evening: Bangkok night out — rooftop bars, tuk-tuk rides, and the city’s legendary street food. Overnight Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok to Khao Sok

Morning flight to Surat Thani (included), then transfer to Khao Sok. Check into jungle lodge or floating bungalows (upgrade available). Afternoon: tube down the Sok River — float lazily through limestone canyons and rainforest. Evening: jungle night sounds. Overnight Khao Sok.

Day 4: Cheow Lan Lake — Floating Bungalows

The highlight: long-tail boat to your floating bungalow on Cheow Lan Lake. Kayak through the limestone karst maze, swim in emerald water, and trek to a cave. Evening: stargazing from your floating porch — no light pollution, just the Milky Way reflected on glassy water. Overnight floating bungalow.

Day 5: Khao Sok to Koh Phangan

Morning jungle walk — spot gibbons, hornbills, and the massive rafflesia flower. Transfer to Surat Thani, then ferry to Koh Phangan (3 hrs). Check into beach bungalow. Evening: sunset at a beach bar, toes in the sand, cocktail in hand. Overnight Koh Phangan.

Day 6: Ang Thong Marine Park

Full-day boat trip to Ang Thong National Marine Park — 42 jungle-covered limestone islands in the Gulf of Thailand. Kayak into hidden lagoons, snorkel among coral gardens, and climb to the iconic viewpoint overlooking the entire archipelago. Picnic lunch on a deserted beach. Overnight Koh Phangan.

Day 7: Koh Phangan Free Day

Your day to craft: scooter the island (Than Sadet Waterfall, Haad Yuan secret beach, Chaloklum fishing village), take a Thai boxing class, get inked at a famous Koh Phangan tattoo studio, or simply beach-hop. Evening: legendary beach party or chill farewell dinner with the group. Overnight Koh Phangan.

Day 8: Departure

Ferry to Surat Thani. Transfer to airport or continue your travels. Depart with 8 days of jungle, lake, and island memories — all for $537.
