Day 2: Ôbo National Park — Waterfalls & Giant Trees

Full-day hike through Ôbo National Park. Visit São Nicolau Waterfall — a stunning 30m cascade where you can swim in the pool below. Trek through primary forest to see the giant baobab trees. Picnic lunch at Lagoa Amélia crater lake. Birdwatching for endemic species. Overnight in São Tomé.

Day 3: Southern Rainforest & Pico Cão Grande

Journey south through dramatic coastal scenery. Stop at the Roça São João dos Angolares — a cultural center, art gallery, and restaurant run by Chef João Carlos Silva, who elevates São Toméan cuisine to art. Visit Pico Cão Grande viewpoint. Afternoon: hike to Praia Inhame, an eco-lodge on a pristine beach. Overnight at Praia Inhame eco-bungalows.

Day 4: Coastal Hiking & Marine Life

Morning coastal hike along the wild southern shoreline — dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and untouched beaches. Snorkel among volcanic rock formations. Visit a fishing village and try fresh-caught fish grilled on charcoal. Afternoon: return to São Tomé city. Overnight in São Tomé.

Day 5: Depart

Morning at leisure. Visit artisan markets. Airport transfer.
