Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). Private transfer along the scenic west coast to your resort in Soufrière. Welcome rum punch and orientation. Evening at leisure with views of the Pitons at sunset. Overnight at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort or similar.

Day 2: Conquer Gros Piton (798m) — a guided 4-hour round-trip hike through tropical forest and boulder fields to the summit. At the top, 360-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Vincent, and Petit Piton’s dramatic silhouette. Post-hike, cool off at the resort’s white sand beach between the Pitons.

Day 3: Visit the Sulphur Springs — the world’s only drive-in volcano crater. Walk through the steaming, lunar-like landscape, then soak in the mineral-rich mud baths (said to make you look 10 years younger). Continue to Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens with its colorful mineral-stained waterfall. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4: Catamaran sailing day along the west coast. Stop at Marigot Bay, one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful natural harbors. Snorkel at Anse Cochon, a pristine reef with abundant marine life. Beach BBQ lunch on board. Return past the Pitons as the sun sets.

Day 5: Rainforest adventure at Enbas Saut Waterfall — hike through the Edmund Forest Reserve to twin cascading falls, with natural swimming pools. Visit a working cocoa plantation to see how St. Lucian chocolate is made from bean to bar. Evening Creole cooking class.

Day 6: Free day. Options: visit Pigeon Island National Park (historic fort, beaches), deep-sea fishing excursion, or simply relax at the resort spa. Farewell dinner at the famous Dasheene restaurant at Ladera Resort, suspended between the Pitons.

Day 7: Final Caribbean breakfast. Transfer to Hewanorra Airport for departure.
