Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Arrive Mahé
Family-friendly airport transfer to Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa. Welcome mocktails for the kids, cocktails for the adults. Afternoon at the resort pool and beach. Overnight at Avani.
Day 2: Victoria & Botanical Gardens
Morning visit to Victoria — the kids will love the colorful Sir Selwyn Clarke Market and the Hindu Temple’s intricate architecture. Afternoon at the Botanical Gardens with its resident giant tortoises (kids can feed them!). Visit the Victoria Clock Tower. Overnight at Avani.
Day 3: Bay Ternay Snorkeling Adventure
Family snorkeling trip to Bay Ternay Marine Park. Calm, shallow waters perfect for children. Spot clownfish, parrotfish, sea turtles, and gentle reef sharks. Picnic lunch on the beach. Afternoon sandcastle competition. Overnight at Avani.
Day 4: La Digue by Ferry
Morning ferry to La Digue. Ox-cart ride around this car-free island — the kids will love it! Afternoon at Anse Source d’Argent — shallow, calm water perfect for young swimmers. Bicycle rental and family ride around the island. Overnight in La Digue guesthouse.
Day 5: La Digue — Beach Day
Full beach day. Explore Grand Anse and Anse Coco. The kids can snorkel in the rock pools, hunt for shells, and climb the granite boulders (supervised). Sunset at Anse Source d’Argent — the family photo you’ll treasure forever.
Day 6: Return to Mahé
Ferry back to Mahé. Last afternoon at the resort. Optional kayaking or paddleboarding. Farewell dinner with traditional Creole music and dancing. Overnight at Avani.
Day 7: Depart Mahé
Final morning swim. Transfer to airport with happy, sandy, sun-kissed memories.
