Arrive Buenos Aires. Afternoon: walking tour of San Telmo — cobblestone streets, antique shops, and the Mercado de San Telmo. Evening: tango show and dinner in a historic milonga. Overnight Buenos Aires (BB).
Day 2: Buenos Aires Highlights
Morning: La Boca — Caminito’s colorful zinc houses. Then: Recoleta Cemetery (Eva Perón’s tomb), Palermo’s parks. Afternoon: fly to Salta. Evening arrival for dinner at a peña. Overnight Salta.
Day 3: Purmamarca & Tilcara
Drive north to Purmamarca. Morning: Hill of Seven Colors — walk the Paseo de los Colorados, browse the artisan market. Afternoon: Tilcara — Pucará fortress, archaeological museum. Overnight Tilcara/Purmamarca (BB).
Day 4: Uquía & Humahuaca
Morning: Uquía church — Arquebusier Angels paintings (Cuzco School, 17th century). Continue to Humahuaca town — colonial church, Independence Monument, cobblestone streets. Afternoon return to Salta through the Quebrada. Evening: free for last explorations. Overnight Salta.
Day 5: Departure
Transfer to Salta Airport.
