Day 1: Inverness to Ullapool – Bealach na Bà & Applecross

Day 2: Ullapool to Thurso – Castles, Caves & the Far Northwest
After breakfast, head into the wild Assynt region, one of Scotland’s most hauntingly beautiful landscapes dominated by the distinctive peaks of Suilven, Canisp, and Stac Pollaidh. Stop at 15th-century Ardvreck Castle, a ruined MacLeod stronghold on the shores of Loch Assynt where the Marquis of Montrose was betrayed in 1650. Cross the elegant Kylesku Bridge, its sweeping curve perfectly complementing the rugged fjord-like scenery.
